I experienced extremely poor service from this courier company, particularly at the Golibar branch. I arranged for a pickup of my bank documents, which they collected the following day. However, I was left on hold for the entire day while trying to obtain a tracking number. Each time I inquired, I was told to wait another 30 minutes for the tracking details, which were never provided. Despite having collected payment, they failed to issue a receipt and were quite rude in their communication. I received no resolution or tracking information, and instead, I was advised to speak to the representative more politely. This has been the worst courier service I have ever encountered, and I deeply regret choosing them. I am still anxious about my bank documents. I strongly advise against trusting this company with your important documents.
