At the beginning, you told me that it was a door-to-door delivery service. But after the courier reached Uttar Pradesh, the delivery person called my sister and said that they could not deliver it to the house. After my sister requested many times, they agreed for delivery, but after that they stopped receiving calls and replying to messages. Then my sister called me, so I contacted the Andheri branch because I booked the courier from there. But the employee from the Andheri branch spoke very rudely with me, and because of that we had an argument on the call. After that, I called the Uttar Pradesh branch where my courier had reached. They told me to collect the parcel from their office. But the next day when my family went there, they said that the courier had already been returned to Mumbai. Again, I messaged the Andheri branch, but there was no reply. Then I called them. Even though it was not my mistake, I still said sorry to them. But they told me that they would neither return my courier nor refund my money because during our first argument I said that I would come to the branch. Now it has been 20–25 days, and neither my courier has been returned nor have I received my refund. Is this the way you treat customers? At the time of booking and payment, you talk very politely, but after receiving payment, you treat customers like this. I do not want anything else. Please just return my courier and refund my money.
