Have been ordering Lunch from Minal for a while now, and have rarely been disappointed. If you are someone who enjoys Gujarati style home cooked dry sabzis, along with some yum chaas, do give it a try. My only two suggestions would be: 1. Partnering with a delivery provider at an added fee depending on distance (currently it's just takeaway). 2. If the quantity of the dry sabzi can be increased slightly and the variety expanded too, it'll make it much more enticing for customers. PS - Food hygiene and packaging is very nice. Recommended!
