Prices compete with other premium sweet shops. For eg ₹800 per kg for Mango Malai Barfi but the taste was not even close to the others. Premium prices are just for the location. Would recommend to go Jamha, Satus etc

They are not particular about hygiene. The lack of gloves and hairnets disgusted me. Even the smallest sweet & farsan shops know how to maintain proper hygiene.

Very bad experience with the kaju katli sweets that we ordered. I called and asked for an international delivery and asked them to provide fresh katli. They did not provide top-notch food within two days the katli had fungus on it. I did not expect this from Kandoi. Never going to order from them again, very poor service.

We have this teej festival where we have to buy ghewar and offer Shiva. I searched and asked people and found this was the best ghewar shop. Not sure why they said so, but the ghewar was yuck. Such ghewar is not even prepared by road side stalls in Gurgaon. They had sugar layer downside of the ghewar. Who prepares such ghewar. Such big shop, such funky atmosphere and such ghewar. Also to mention it was for 500+ which is the cost of good ghewar normally.
