I would give a minus rating if there was a possibility.. I am very disappointed with my recent experience at your exhibition stall. I was asked to pay ₹2800 without being provided any bill or item-wise breakdown. When I requested a proper bifurcation of the charges, Mr. Hitesh at the stall refused to share it and vaguely stated that prices differ for each product. This is completely unacceptable—every customer has the right to know exactly what they are being charged for. Only after I insisted on seeing a price list later did I realize that I had been overcharged by approximately ₹130. When I questioned this, I was told it was due to card payment transaction charges. This was never disclosed to me beforehand. Charging customers extra without prior consent or transparency is misleading and unethical. This entire experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and honesty. I strongly urge you to implement transparent billing practices and ensure that customers are clearly informed about all charges upfront. Such practices damage trust and should not be taken lightly.
