I contacted Dr. Ketaki and took an appointment for my wife...
I contacted Dr. Ketaki and took an appointment for my wife for her back pain. I expected Dr. Ketaki to physically examine and attend to my wife's pain at her clinic, but instead an assistant doctor attended to my wife and just showed her one exercise and gave her some stupid suggestion to relieve the pain. It was only in the end that Dr. Ketaki saw my wife's xray and spoke with her for a minute and communicated with her assistant doctor about that one exercise, that's all. Totally pathetic behaviour. Will never recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Edit:- I read Dr. Ketaki's response below to my review here which is far away from the truth. No doctor, you are trying to cover up your assistant doctor's blunder. Fact is, your assistant was not able to assess the root cause of the pain properly and was clueless about it. She gave a stupid suggestion to the patient to sit down for 30 minutes every time after every 2 hours which is impractical. At least you should have stood besides your assistant and should have supervised and monitored the treatment process and guided her but that didn't happen. It seems that you are just getting things done through your assistants which is not acceptable to me at least. I contacted you, hoping that you'll personally attend to and treat the pain but that didn't happen. PS:- I don't want a follow up as I don't want assistant doctors to treat my wife's back pain without any supervision or intervention by the main doctor. My advice to everyone reading my review here is to not get carried away, the way I got carried away by seeing all the 5 star reviews here. Facts are sometimes far away from the truth than what you see here on google reviews, especially in this case. God bless.
