Dr. Saloni’s Ascend Health was recommended to us by a close friend who is also a physical therapist, so I already had confidence that this would be a great experience. Even then, I was concerned because my father lives alone, and we needed someone who truly understood quality physical therapy — not just putting patients on machines, handing them resistance bands, and calling it treatment. From the very beginning, I was extremely impressed with the way Dr. Saloni carefully assessed my father and took the time to explain her feedback and treatment approach in detail. It immediately gave our family reassurance that he was in the right hands. Dr. Vipasha, who has been treating my father, has been incredibly caring, patient, and compassionate — qualities that are especially important when working with geriatric patients. At the same time, she has been persistent and encouraging, which has played a huge role in his recovery and motivation. This wonderful team has not only helped my father physically improve, but they have also helped him regain his confidence and independence. One thing we especially appreciated was how proactive they were in keeping our family updated with regular progress videos and communication, which brought us tremendous peace of mind.
