The quality of the passport size photo was very bad and the visa officer instantly rejected it. As such it is expensive to take these photos from them but even asking for soft copy of passport size photo, they ask Rs. 20. I had to give them and also lose Rs. 80 as the visa officer rejected the printed copies. Not to mention spending 10 mins with staff to ask the number of the boss who was so busy that in their words "he does not even pick our phone", so I wonder to answer "customers phone" is absolutely out of question. He did pick up but it was no use. Please avoid.
