People always complain doctors don't show empathy, don't explain the cause and treatment well and are overall overtly professional (read borderline rude). Dr. Nikhil Shetty is one such gem who's exception to this norm. The day (11-Nov-24) I visited him after meeting freak accident to taking my FIL for his knee/back ailment, Dr has nothing but helped us in every way possible. And it's not just limited to have check up done and prescribing medication, but to re-schedule his visit hours as we had an emergency, to explain in detail on what is the impact and aftermath of the injury, taking joint consultation with a neurologist for my FIL's health assessment and being a humble polite person meeting with grace on all visits. I don't have enough words to thank him. Without doubt recommended 👏🏼
