In year 2003, Dr. Sanjay Navelkar accurately diagnosed my condition as Meniere's Disease and provided the appropriate treatment. I went here for my husband 2 days back , having doubt that small fish bone might stuck in the upper part of the mouth. After visiting them the doctor just checked with the endoscopy and told that there is nothing inside, for that they charged 2000 rs. Very dissatisfied, they don't even do any work and asking for money. Consultation fees is 1000rs. That clinic is also not that much big. If you are a middle class don't go there.

IT BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR THE SENIOR CITIZENS ALSO TO SIT FOR A LONGER DURATION . MY LAST VISIT TOOK ALMOST 3 HOURS WAITING TIME. Usually the reasons for a delay are as follows: - patients earlier in the appointment list not coming on time.... THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE LATER PATIENTS HAS TO SUFFER WHO COME ON TIME. ELSE TAKING APPOINTMENT IS A WASTE POLICY. - patients in pain taking longer for curative procedures / cleanups. THAT IS VERY RARE AND NOT EVERYTIME Children especially are often uncooperative & tend to go beyond allotted appointment. MOSTLY WHENEVER ME OR MY FAMILY VISITED SENIOR CITIZENZ WERE THERE. ALL CHILDREN DONT TAKE LONG TIME. - patients with more serious complaints or requiring surgery need more detailed explanations. ALL PATIENTS EXPECT DETAIL INVESTIGATION AND EXPLANATIONS -(rarely) patients in unbearable pain or bleeding may be taken out of turn, thereby hampering the appointments. BETTER STOP TAKING APPOINTMENT AND TAKE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS Since every patient requires a different amount of time, there is usually a waiting period despite taking an appointment. RESPECT THE TIME OF PATIENTS AS WELL. STOP TAKING APPOINTMENT We are still the old fashioned medical clinic where the condition being treated takes precedence over the ticking clock.
