Doctor and his treatment is good but the staff especially a morning receptionist is so rude (she always do the same), we have called her yesterday to confirm whether the doctor is gonna come or not so she said he will most probably come tomorrow and so we called today as well and she spoke so rudely, just because she is aged that doesn't mean she has rights to speak however she wants with patient. Most of us comes from long distance, if we go without confirming and doector doesn't come that day so our time and transportation both will be wasted.

I pushed the Johnsons bud too deep in my ear to clean the wax and was in pain since last few days. I was taking painkiller but pain only got worse on Friday night so much so that it wouldn't let me sleep. I visited Dr Dipak on Saturday. He checked my ear thoroughly, removed the excess earwax and suggested me few meds. He was very swift and very professional. Would definitely recommend him for any Ear related issues
