The book prices are excessively high, and the service provided has been disappointing. They do not take responsibility for any issues. The school should shop considering Bookbase for their syllabus, even though they may be receiving substantial commissions. My ticket (raised on bookbase site) has remained unresolved after three weeks. I contacted Bookbase, and their staff confirmed that my son would receive the missing book through the school. However, the book has not yet been received, and I find myself spending considerable time and effort on follow-up with Bookbase. I am not sure how many more months Bookbase might take to deliver the missing book? Additionally, I would appreciate the compensation or inconvenience charge that Bookbase will pay to me for the inconvenience they caused.

I am extremely disappointed with the service here. This vendor is unreachable 90% of the time; they do not reply to messages and rarely answer the phone. I had to keep calling them once or twice a day for several days straight just to get a human on the line. Because they provide no updates, the burden is entirely on the customer to remember to follow up. When I finally reached someone to ask about a missing book from my April school set, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of checking the order, the representative became defensive and dismissive, even accusing me of "raising my voice" after I expressed my frustration with their lack of response. They seem to think their time is valuable but the customer’s is not. It is clear they feel they don’t need to provide good service because they are the official vendors for a reputed school. If there were any other choice in the market, I would never shop here again.

Dear BookBase Team, I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent order. I was charged ₹290 for delivery with a promised timeline of 15 days. However: - The order was not delivered to my doorstep - It was delivered to an incorrect location without my consent - I was asked to collect it myself after multiple follow-ups - Your customer support has now blocked me, preventing any resolution This is unacceptable and does not meet the service promised at the time of purchase. I request a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate the matter through the National Consumer Helpline and consumer court. They shared fake email address after taking excess money and now I find lethargic attitude towards refunds. Also they delivered 150 project paper sheets while quoted and took money for 300 sheets.
