This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The cake I received tasted completely wrong and was nowhere near the quality expected from your shop. What is even more frustrating is that I have been trying to contact you on WhatsApp, and nobody is responding. Ignoring customers after delivering such poor quality service is highly unprofessional. I paid for a proper cake, not something with bad taste and zero customer support. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will make sure to share my experience publicly through reviews and social media. Expecting a response and proper resolution without further delay.🤮🤢🤮
