Date 07 may 2026 Time - 2150 hrs Table no 17 I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality was below expectations, lacking both taste and freshness. The dishes were not prepared well, and the overall dining experience was unsatisfactory. In addition, the staff behavior was not professional or welcoming. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. Good hospitality is an important part of any dining experience, but unfortunately, it was missing here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. There is significant room for improvement in both food quality and customer service.

Decent family apt ambience, good selection of Kerala menu, authentic taste and reasonably priced items. Family as well as friends can visit. We ordered Kadala curry (black gram curry), veg stew, idiyappam, Kerala wheat parotta, and veg korma. We also got complimentary payasam for dessert. Over all, good experience. I would definitely visit again.

The menu shows a Veg Thali for โน350, but on Sunday we were charged โน440 for a โSunday Special Thali.โ The server did not inform us beforehand that the โน350 thali was not available on Sundays. Only after we finished eating did he mention this. It would have been better if this was clearly communicated before ordering. Also, the thali didnโt feel particularly โspecialโ to justify the higher price. Transparency with customers would improve the experience.

Recently visited Taste of Kerala in Fort and absolutely loved the experience. The restaurant serves authentic Kerala-style food and everything we ordered was delicious. We tried Chicken Chettinad, Chicken 65, and another chicken starter (donโt remember the name), and all of them were extremely tasty. The Chicken 65 was quite different from the usual version we get it had a unique Kerala-style flavor which made it even better. They also serve complimentary curries, pickle, mirchi, papad, and a salad made with onion, amla, and mango in a vinegar-style dressing. Even these sides were so flavorful and really added to the meal. Overall, the food was amazing and satisfying. If you enjoy Kerala cuisine, this place is definitely a must-try.

I recently visited The Taste of Kerala and honestly, I loved the experience. The Chicken Taste of Malabar was rich and full of flavor, with perfectly cooked chicken. The Chicken Kizhi Biryani was aromatic and delicious - you can really taste the authentic Kerala spices. The Chicken Kizhi Parotta was soft, well-layered , and very satisfying. My favorite was the Chicken Chettinad Boneless - spicy , flavorful, and cooked just right .Overall, everything tasted fresh and authentic . Definitely a place Iโd visit again !
