Date - 07 Jun 26 Time - 2155 Table no. - 17 I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food quality was below expectations, lacking both taste and freshness. The dishes were not prepared well, and the overall dining experience was unsatisfactory. In addition, the staff behavior was not professional or welcoming. The service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. Good hospitality is an important part of any dining experience, but unfortunately, it was missing here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. There is significant room for improvement in both food quality and customer service.
