Visited the Palladium store after checking in for a specific few strollers for my LO (2months). We were greeted and assisted very warmly by the staff who are extremely knowledgeable. Showed me the ones I was looking for + some other recommended strollers. I had spent months researching the exact stroller and features I had wanted but Shazer, Ebrahim and Nikhil not only answered my queries but suggested a stroller perfect for my needs. I actually ended up buying the one they showed me (and wasnt on ny shortlist)! They were very attentive, helpful without being pushy and we had a lovely experience in-store. Interactions like these make me realize that the brick and mortar experience can never fully be replaced by online shopping :)
