*Unprofessional and Irresponsible Service* I recently visited EXCEL IMAGINE CENTRE (NOW PULSE GROUP OF DIAGNOSTICS) for an MRI, and they took my old report, stating that I would receive both the new and old reports together. However, when I returned to collect them, they had lost my old report. The staff at the counter were unhelpful, showed no accountability, and failed to provide a proper response. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where records are crucial. I expected a more responsible approach from a reputed diagnostic center. Disappointed with the service!

Worst place for a service. Fully Commission oriented staff. Not at all preferable for Walkin service. U r not given any priority if you are not admitted to a hospital. You will be kept waiting for infinity and will be neglected. In my case I was kept waiting for 4 hours for an MRI and had to take my slip back. Prefer a place where your time is valued. Couldn't give a negative rating so forced to settle with 1 star 😡
