I took the therapy today at the borivali location at Blue...
I took the therapy today at the borivali location at Blue Bells Spa and they assigned me the dry room. Although the massage therapist was good, but the dry room where the therapy was conducted was arguably the worst of all time. The AC doesn't work here properly and the cooling was terrible making it suffocating during the session. Also, the bed is so low making it impossible for the therapist to give proper pressure to the clients. More importantly, the front desk didn't even inform that the AC is not functioning properly. After the session, I don't feel relaxed at all all because of the dry room being assigned and this will be my Last time at blue bells spa.

I recently visited this spa and it was my first time there....
I recently visited this spa and it was my first time there. If you are looking for a 5star environment and expert staff then this place is highly recommended. The ambience is great and the entire space feels very clean. The masseur who gave me massage was well trained. If you are someone who care a lot about hygiene and cleaniness, then this is a perfect place as these guys have taken utmost care while maintaining the facility.
