Extremely frustrating experience. The doctor wasn’t available and the next appointment was 4 days later. We clearly said it was an emergency and were even ready to wait for hours, but there was zero empathy or effort from the staff to help. Chose this clinic based on its reviews and location, but it honestly feels more commercial than patient focused. Very disappointing.
