Bad treatment with tenants. Builder is treating people on rent as beggars as society is not formed. Not letting use of common play zone. Builder doesn’t turn on lobby ac in such heated days since he has to pay the bill from his pocket as handover is pending Unprofessional facility manager who doesn’t know how to manage and security guys act as if they own the complex Stay away from this developer and any of his future projects and to people renting any property. PLEASE DON’T TAKE ANY FLAT ON RENT AS YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE SLAVES AND AMENITIES USAGE IS NOT ALLOWED

Worst developer. No handover of amenities, 2 wheeler parking space, small service lift, no work allowed on sundays,too many restrictions etc False promisee made duriny purchase. Management has kept two sales puppets and there is no proper response on any query. Please connect with any existint residents before purchasing
