Construction does not seem strong. Can hear everything that is happening in your neighbours house including the toilets. Having stayed there we have experienced it. Even the accessories used are cheap. Most of the time there is no water as the motor keeps getting spoilt and then we have to use borewell water which is, in plain words, stinking gutter water. As a result the taps etc get corroded. If u r planning to rent a flat there then pl don't go for 601 as it is in very bad shape and after your tenure half of your deposit amount will be deducted to pay for the doing up of the flat. We have lost our money hence a warning to all.
