I have been using their services sinc last 4 years. They were good and rrsponsibe initially. But their service standards have dropped like anything in past 1 years. From cheat technicians to non responsive and misguiding technicians, they have left no stone unturned to make a good customer bad. I have been trying to schedule their services from past 3 days and neither their office not the technician has the courtesy to call and update the time of arrival, getting late, part availablity etc. You just keep waiting and waiting in anticipation that their technician will come, which doesn't happen. Their what's app number is non responsive and they do not answer the calls too. Pleaee avoid using their services.
