Had a very disappointing experience at Hasta Restaurant. The place and ambience are actually good, but unfortunately the staff and management completely ruined the overall experience. First of all, the AC was barely working and the restaurant was feeling hot and uncomfortable throughout the visit. For a restaurant that expects customers to sit and enjoy their meal peacefully, proper cooling is the most basic thing, and they failed badly at that. The biggest issue was the staff behavior. The restaurant seems extremely understaffed, because there were very few employees handling too many tables. Due to this, service was very slow and unorganized. On top of that, some staff members were very rude and careless while talking to customers. Simple requests had to be repeated multiple times and nobody seemed interested in helping properly. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude. Complaints regarding the AC and delayed service were ignored completely. The manager was not responding seriously and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. Instead of solving issues, they just avoided responsibility. Honestly, the hotel and interiors are good, but the staff management is one of the worst I have experienced. Good ambience means nothing if customers are treated poorly and basic comfort is ignored. Very disappointing experience overall and definitely not worth the money or time unless they improve their service, staff behavior, and management.

We visited this restaurant recently and tried their seasonal thali, and it was a great experience. The food was super tasty, and every item in the thali was properly prepared and served with good presentation. The staff was very welcoming, polite, and had a positive attitude, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We had a really good time here with our family. Good food, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere — highly recommended!
