Misleading promises, pressured reviews, and zero accountability! Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Mahima Jain. I was promised that laser hair removal would permanently remove my body hair. I initially purchased a package of 6 sessions, which barely made a difference apart from slightly thinning the hair. I was then convinced to buy an additional package of 4 sessions with the assurance that 10 sessions would completely get rid of the hair. After completing all 10 sessions, there was no meaningful result. When I tried to raise this concern, the doctor avoided meeting me altogether and had her staff repeat the same excuse about the hair being “thinner.” There was no accountability or solution offered. What was even more shocking was that the staff pressured me to post a positive Google review immediately after my very first session. When I said I would do it later, they insisted I write it in front of them and even mentioned they receive incentives from the doctor for each review. This place felt more like a sales-driven business pushing expensive packages than a medical clinic focused on patient results. I would strongly advise people to think twice before spending their money here.
