Poorly designed apartment. There is ventilation for common restroom. There is no cross ventilation. There are frequent power cuts and water issues. There is no back up for elevators. Overall terrible experience!.

The builder and management of this project appear to be engaging in fraudulent activities. I booked a flat in 2019 and have yet to receive possession despite having paid the full amount. The possession was initially scheduled for December 2020, but it has not been granted. The management does not provide any updates or respond to emails. The RERA, which is supposed to support customers, seems to be favoring builders by extending project timelines without clear justification. I strongly advise against investing in this project or any other project by A&O. The unethical and arrogant behavior of the individuals involved is unprecedented.

The projects seems to be stuck for forever. The builder and his team are running away from giving the confirmed possession date. I was given possession date of April 2020. Neither did I get a possession nor any compensation. They are just looting buyers and applying all coercive techniques to get more money from the flat buyers. If you are reading this and looking to buy any flat, pls refrain. Invest elsewhere but here. There are lot of Rera complaints filed against the project and builder.
