Doctor Amin is excellent doctor who is impeccable with his knowledge & examining skills, just by examining he would come to conclude diagnosing and if in doubt - he would doubly check with Xrays/Reports/MRIs. I've run into multiple issues however he is very kind to explain everything at length and has calm demeanor. The only challenge or hick up is - booking an appointment, since the waiting period is more than 20 days always.

Today I had a disappointing experience while trying to book an appointment. I called at around 10:10 AM for an inquiry. After that, I made multiple calls but no one answered. Later, one staff member picked up and asked me to call again after 11:30 AM. From 11:30 AM onwards, I kept trying to reach the hospital to schedule the appointment, but the phone kept ringing and no one answered. Finally, at 12:03 PM, a staff member picked up and mentioned that they were busy with appointment calls since morning. However, during the time I was calling, the phone was continuously ringing without being answered. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
