She listens carefully to every concern, explains the diagnosis and treatment in simple language, and makes sure we understand everything properly. Her calm and positive attitude gave us confidence and removed our worries. We always felt we were in safe hands. The nurses and hospital staff were also outstanding. They were very polite, caring, and attentive at all times. Whenever we needed help, they responded quickly with a smile. Their behavior made the whole treatment process comfortable and stress-free. Khushi Hospital itself is very clean, hygienic, and well organized.
