I received my order, although there were several delays. I had ordered two designs, and thet did not meet expectations at all. Eventually, I decided to purchase a design that was already available in the store. The store manager was cooperative, acknowledged the issues with the design, and handled the situation patiently and professionally. However, the billing staff and overall customer handling need improvement. The staff should be better trained to manage such situations efficiently. I had to visit the store six times to complete my order and also had to make multiple follow-ups.
