Worst Experience ever we had. The quality of services is not upto the mark.Stage was literally moving. The person who did the deal was absent at the venue. The changes ,we suggested were not done & we were charged extra for the same. Ghodi for Barat came late & couldn’t get time to enjoy the ride. Just before wedding the bride & the Groom were literally harassed mentally for the remaining cash payment when we were ready to pay them by bank transfer. The explanation given by them reading payment is absolutely not the reality No one will expect such mental torture just before wedding in spite of paying 45 lakhs to Tropical Retreat. The resort only suggested & compel led the decorator so the responsibility belongs to Tropical Retreat also. Absolutely Rude, Nonprofessional,Money minded decorators.

Choosing Mokshiva team was one of the best decision for our wedding. Being an abroad bride, it was really hectic to do all the planning but Vidhi made it so flawless and memorable. Thanks to Chetan sir, although I never got a chance to meet him but he made a lovely bond with my family. Vidhi really takes lot of efforts about everything, she listens and understand about the client so well, She is the most polite and professional person I have ever met. Harshita and Vaibhav did a fab job in those two days, honestly guys everything was actually as we discussed and thought it would be.
