Worst hostel ever!!! Please don’t stay here,I am not even exaggerating at this point. I stayed just for 3 months and saw the reality. First of all it has been 6 months since I left it for a much better place and they still haven’t refunded my security deposit. Do they guys even know the meaning of security deposit, it has to be refunded once the contract is over. Absolute worst experience, my washroom’s basin sink fell in the middle of night and marble was all over the floor, it took them 10 days to fix it. My whole floor was flooded with a water leakage and my charger got damaged, the lights of the room are controlled from other room and only one wall plug was working for 2 people. I have called customer care multiple times but the complaint department does not answer and booking department answers the phone and assures callback but never does. The managers of the property have stopped picking up my calls and the wifi service that they are proud of is absolute garbage , it takes years to load something and connection is poor.

I’m beyond frustrated with the way Your Space has handled my security deposit. It’s been [insert time duration] since I vacated the property, and there’s been ZERO action or transparency about my ₹45,000 refund. Endless follow-ups, empty promises, and absolutely no accountability. This is nothing short of unprofessional and borderline unethical. You’re quick to take the money but disappear when it’s time to return it. Is this how you treat your tenants? If you don’t want your money held hostage, avoid this place at all costs. I’m escalating this legally and making sure others don’t fall into the same trap. Enough is enough.
