Pathetic service, Everytime a new service request number is generated and even after an email confirmation from the operations team confirming the payout date, it still get's delayed. After every 3 days they are sending messages for further extension of 3 more days.

I notified them about the mistake, sending around 10 emails to different addresses, but most were ignored or rejected, and they never confirmed any correction. Their customer service seems highly unprofessional.
