I underwent robotic full knee replacement by Dr Shreedhar Archik on 1st April 2026. The surgery was completed in a little more than 2 hours and was unbelievably painless. Though I was having cardiac issues also, but Dr Archik's surgery was so refined that, within 2 hours after the surgery, I was shifted to my room. There was no need to keep me in ICU. On 3rd day of surgery, I was discharged from the hospital and on 15th day, water proof bandage is also removed. I was not under much medication either. It was highly satisfying experience. Dr Archik performed TKR on both knees of my mother in law who is 84 years old on 24th Jan at Global hospital Parel. Our experience of pre op discussion, Post op hospital stay is excellent.
