Found a metal scrubber wire inside the chapati purchased from Ruchi Cafe. This is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. When I reported it at the counter, the staff member was dismissive and rude, saying he had no time to look into it. Completely unacceptable response to a genuine customer complaint. Poor hygiene standards and poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Ruchi cafe serves good quality and tasty vegetarian dishes especially veg thali, South Indian items like dosa, idli, and Chinese. They have generous portions and it is value for money. I found service is quick and friendly. Overall it’s a great spot for affordable, tasty veg meals.Highly recommend Ruchi cafe. Must visit. Thank you Ruchi cafe for serving all the dishes with quality and tempting food.
