The teaching quality at this coaching institute is good, and most teachers put genuine effort into helping students learn. However, my experience with the management, particularly the coordinator"(AJITA MISS)" has been very disappointing. Instead of creating a supportive environment, she often targets students, speaks harshly, and makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Small issues are frequently exaggerated and reported to parents in a misleading way, which creates unnecessary misunderstandings between students and their families.She also has alots of ego which is wrong to show the students When students try to explain their side of a situation, it is often dismissed as "arguing" rather than being listened to fairly. A coordinator should help maintain communication and trust, but unfortunately, the opposite happens here. While the teaching staff deserve appreciation, the management's behavior significantly affects the overall student experience and is something that seriously needs impro

I regret joining these classes. The biggest issue was the constant change of teachers, and there was zero support from the coordinators. The coordinators are horrid and just demotivate students. Whenever we complained about the teaching they didn’t take it seriously. They also overloaded us with daily homework, which left absolutely no time for self study — it just created more stress and we ended up being unprepared for tests. For the amount of fees they charge, the quality of teaching and management is extremely poor.
