What's better than inox and pvr, but in my opinion if you want to experience the best of inox, go to marine lines inox, and if you want to experience best of PVR go to phoenix mall lower parel one.

Proximity to Dadar station.In a nakshatra mall so shopping is a joy. But the horrible staircase. No lift for getting down from theatre.So it's not worth to visit for senior citizens. Cleanliness matters.

The entry and exit from the premises is extremely dirty!...
The entry and exit from the premises is extremely dirty! Dogs sleeping, spit stains everywhere and just overall unhygienic. The lift looks like a service lift of an under construction building and is very dimly lit too. The waiting area itself is very small, with just 5-8 seats marked on a single piece of wood. There is no air conditioning in the waiting area and it’s a closed premise, so zero ventilation either! If you power through all this, they don’t allow you to wait in the waiting area unless your movie is within the next 20 minutes! After all this, i didn’t wait to see what was inside and cancelled the ticket
