I had a very good experience here. I had a small issue with my laptop and it was quickly and efficiently resolved here. Shahid and Shardul were very helpful and good at their job. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointing service. After replacing my laptop...
Very disappointing service. After replacing my laptop screen, they did not even properly close/fix the screen panel. There is a visible gap/opening near the display frame, and when I pointed it out, instead of fixing it properly I was told that “if it happens again in future, it will be easier to remove/open.” What kind of logic is that? A customer pays for proper repair, not for a half-finished job left loose intentionally. Because of this careless work, dust can easily enter inside the screen area later. Very unprofessional handling and poor finishing quality. I would never trust them again with an expensive device.
