The place needs to be cleaner The maushis are OLD and don’t even know how to put pads on the patients, I mean they’re so old, so how would they know how to ? They’re nice people but not equipped. The sheets are also full of hair, that isn’t ours. I mean the minimum, people need is cleanliness. The receptionist thinks she’s doing you a favour by making you a bill which takes them 2hours apparently. Once the procedure was over, only once did they come to check in on my sister, the patient, everything else, we were going to them for, because their legs just didn’t work. The receptionist kept telling me she would send someone and didn’t send anyone, and basically told me that the IV thing would be taken out only after billing was done. This place is not bad, if not for their people.

Good points Nurses are trained and OT is equipped. Overall it's clean Bad experience As soon as the patient is admitted, irrespective of his/her condition they give IV drip. Very less water in bathroom and no one cares if you tell. Some nurse are rude. Unless the payment is done they didn't take out injection of IV drip. They don't like to provide even sanitary napkins. These are some points where i feel the hospital should work upon.

This is maternity speciality hospital. This hospital is located in front of Shivsena bhavan next to Tanatan restaurant. A good place for deliver a baby. Hospital's environment is good, neat and clean. Operation theatre is with full of equipments and facilities. Dr Rochu Shetty, the highly experienced doctor operate well to pregnant woman and delivered them successfully. You can register here for your loved ones.

Same date last year 4th September 2022 I transferred from Global Hospital parel to this Thakur Hospital due to some emergency circumstances. I had such a painful experience with me for whole my life in this hospital. Since this is something not forgettable, that house keeping ,!pad changing mausi so rude and disrespectful talked with me and when I complained about her to senior nursing staff they also not bothered even I filled feedback forms but I think that is just waisted of paper. Senior nursing staff not even explained medicines at time of discharge. That Mausi shouted to my sister in law for even feeding milk to my son though we only provided milk powder. Nursing staff interested only clearance of bill amount rather patient care and child care. No any action taken by doctors. Very cheap staff don’t go for any emergencies situation to this place ever.Go to government hospital instead,it’s better than this so called cheap staff Thakur Hospital .
