I had very bad experience with solutions salon & Academy . The girl didn't know how to do waxing her finger Mark visible on my hand i prefer not coming back. Extra money is taking from me

I got cysteine treatment, manicure, pedicure and waxing...

I got cysteine treatment, manicure, pedicure and waxing done from this salon. I had the most pathetic experience ever. This is the worst salon I've ever been to. The girl had absolutely no knowledge about the cysteine hair treatment. She said it is just the other name of keratin treatment and both are exactly the same. The method of doing was so incorrect and unprofessional that it left my hair even more frizzy later. Hair was washed very roughly and with cold water. She kept saying throughout that my hair is so rough that it's absorbing product very fast. In the first place, I went for cysteine treatment because my hair had become dry and frizzy. Secondly, there is no privacy for waxing. For pedicure it was cold water and I pointed out that the water is not warm. The girl said, "haan thanda ho gaya hoga!" How ridiculous! They didn't have knowledge about the methods nor the products they were using. Will never visit again not recommend to anyone for any of their services.
