Worst service, I have purchased sofa, they Just kept on the floor and didn't even shifted it to room. There are lifts working in others wings, material can be shifted from those lifts, but still the workers kept the sofa on the floor of E wings and left even though I have requested them to pay extra money. My room was in G wing and 17th floor, they wantede to give Rs 100 per floor extra as shifting charges. Few hours later transporter called me and asked, Sir aap owner se baat kijiye, upar chadana hai toh, extra paise lagega. As owner you should support customer, understand today my lift was not working, but you could have asked worker to come and shift later after shifting material of other suppliers. This type of customer service is required.
