I have been a loyal Euro Cars customer for years and have spent several lakhs on their services. And yet, this is how they treat regular, paying customers — with sheer unprofessionalism, rudeness, and complete lack of accountability. Their drivers are not trained, don’t know how to use basic GPS, and make no effort to provide even the most basic courtesy. In my recent booking, despite sharing my exact WhatsApp location, the driver kept circling aimlessly, wasted my time, and when he finally showed up, he was shockingly rude, dismissive, and even lied to cover up his incompetence. The experience was nothing short of harassment. I am already contemplating a police compliant against the driver and the company and will be weighing in on legal options. For a company that claims to be a premium car service, Euro Cars is a complete disgrace. They are unreliable, careless, and disrespectful — even to long-standing customers who have supported them for years. If this is how they operate, then they don’t deserve anyone’s trust or business. Euro Cars has made it very clear: they take your money but give you zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect. Avoid them at all costs.
