Ordered chicken biryani from Cafe Delicia and honestly had a very disappointing experience. The biryani barely had any chicken in it, which itself was frustrating, but the bigger issue was hygiene. While eating, I found something green and mold-like in the food. It looked extremely unpleasant and definitely not something that should be in a freshly served dish. I informed the staff about it, expecting them to at least acknowledge the issue properly or replace/refund the order. Surprisingly, despite showing them the issue, I was still charged ₹200 for the dish. Paying full price for poor quality food and a hygiene concern is unacceptable. Really disappointed with both the food quality and customer handling. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their standards.
