Scam service provided by these people. Before the repair, I had clearly explained to their technician that the issue was with the indoor unit, since two other technicians had already inspected the AC and failed to fix it properly. However, they confidently claimed the indoor unit was fine and that the fault was with the outdoor unit. The owner, Rupa Khabaria, was known to us through a family connection, so we trusted them and went ahead with the repair based on their advice. They charged ₹5,500 for the so-called repair. Within a month, the AC stopped cooling again. When their technician revisited, he suddenly changed the diagnosis and said the actual problem was with the indoor unit — the exact issue I had mentioned from day one. When I informed the owner, she immediately washed her hands off the matter, saying “ek mahina toh chala na aapka AC,” and instructed her technicians to leave. After taking payment for a completely ineffective repair, she conveniently blocked my number as well. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest experience. Sometimes known contacts take advantage of trust the most. Would strongly advise people to avoid this service.
