I had booked an AC on 17th March 2026 by paying an advance of ₹5,000, with a clear commitment that the unit would be delivered within 2 days and the remaining payment could be made after delivery. Today is 25th March, and despite repeated follow-ups almost every day after the promised date, I was continuously given false assurances that delivery would happen “tomorrow.” This went on for nearly a week without any actual delivery. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with the shop owner, instead of resolving it, I was asked to pay the full remaining amount upfront before delivery—completely against the original agreement. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My time was wasted for 7 days, and only after all this, the advance amount of ₹5,000 was refunded today. Highly disappointing service and poor customer handling. Would not recommend.
