Had worst and pathetic experience in jovees on 22nd September 2024. Did follow-up for 2 weeks for full body massage, specifically mentioned want appointment for Sunday only! And they confirmed on 21st September that you can visit tomorrow that is 22nd September. I was asked to wait for sometime after 20 mins I was asked to pay for the service then after 5 mins I was called then directed towards the massage room, post changing waited for more then 50 mins, still no one appeared. In meanwhile 3 ladies came without knocking and were searching something and went back. I was very disappointed with the experience all I asked was to refund my money, still today they haven’t refunded my money. I did payment on 22nd September at 10:59am and left their premises at 12:45pm.
