Had a great experience buying a used car from Satguru Motors. Raj was extremely professional throughout the entire deal and made the process smooth and transparent. Saw a youtube video for a Baleno, went all the way from Mira Rd to Vashi to check thr car. When reached the shop, the sales guy (who barely knew how to treat a potential buyer) asked us to inspect the car in a crowded parking space where my mechanic could barely stand and access/view the engine. After visual inspection we requested a test drive, to my utter shock the sales guy asked me to call owner (who at that moment was not available in the shop) to finalize the price and only then he would get the car out of the parking space and let us test drive it. What kind of dealership asks for the price of the car to be fixed before the buyer has driven and tested the car. I told the sales guy that if thats the condition call the shop owner and let me discuss this but he insisted that it should be me who should call the owner on his Phone. We tried to calmly explain and even requested the slaes guy for a test drive (as i did not want to waste my trip to Vashi) but he instead started arguing. For a car being quoted 4.8L, they expect you to finalize the value first and then only the they'll let you test drive it. Wasted my entire day, NOT Recommended, the treatment is more of a Joke. The silver lining in all of this is that I am happy atleast i was saved from spending my money there
