Builder is super slow and made fake promises regarding the possession date at the time of booking. All future prospective buyers are advised not to trust this builder in any fake dates given by him and do your own due diligence when finalizing the agreement. Would not recommend this project because of all the delays of approximate 2 years and fake commitments by the builder which led to loss of trust. We booked this during end of 2023 and was being told by the builder that possession would be delivered in 6 months however it has been almost 2-3 years and there are still no signs of possession in short term.
