Visited Ice Works and had a very disappointing experience....
Visited Ice Works and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was pushy and repeatedly tried to force a higher-priced scoop instead of offering the regular option I asked for. It felt more like pressure tactics than customer service. Not a pleasant experience, and I hope they improve their approach toward customers.

Had a great experience at Ice Cream Works !! Shivaji Park , Dadar. I tried the Kit Kat ice cream (Sundae) , and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. A special thanks to Yogesh for preparing it so well and for the excellent service. He was polite, friendly, and made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality ice cream in Dadar!
