I had a terrible experience at Kirit Dress and honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone the owner, acts sweet only until you hand over your money, and after that you’re completely ignored; calls go unanswered, visits to the shop take hours just for them to figure out which outfit is yours, and after endless back‑and‑forth they’ll tell you the outfit isn’t even available and make you pick another; in my case, I waited 20 days for one outfit, then another 10 days for the replacement, only to be given something three sizes too big (I’m a 40, they gave me a 46 size), and even after “customization” the final product was cheap and pathetic, nowhere near what you’d expect from a proper store; the whole process wasted my time, energy, and money, and to top it off the owner is arrogant and speaks rudely, especially to women please don’t waste your time here.
