I recently visited a clothing shop expecting a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately the behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. The employees were very rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic communication skills. Instead of helping customers politely, they spoke in an arrogant tone and showed no interest in assisting properly. It felt as if customers were a burden to them rather than valued visitors. Good customer service is one of the most important parts of any business, especially in retail, but this shop completely failed in that aspect. The staff members need proper training on how to speak respectfully, handle customers patiently, and maintain a positive attitude. Because of this poor experience, I would hesitate to visit the shop again or recommend it to others.

Shop is good. Still a little overcostly. Bcoz same products are available online at same prices sometimes. But you can give it a try still. Shop should reduce staff and give more discount on clothes instead. Walking 10 mins from dadar station .
