Extremely bad experience with Hoopa. I have ordered the product two weeks back and they blame the courier service for the delay of the product. They’re highly irresposive and that’s totally disgusting. I’ve been telling them repeatedly about the urgency of the product as well. They simply cut the call when I was talking on the other end. Behaviour with the customer is very poor. The latest update on the tracking live ahows the same for the past two days. This makes us doubt the integrity of the product. I strongly recommend nobody to purchase product from Hoopa online.

My baby is 7month old now.Thanks to almighty. She was a critical reflux baby & hoopa feeding pillow helped us so much that I have no words. Trust me it would have been impossible for us to feed her without it. I want to thank Hoopa, special prayers for the who has designed this pillow. I can't express the gratitude. God bless whole team of hoopa. Plz spread hoopa more so people who has issues of reflux can contact you directly. Plz reach via reels to real audience. I would like to share my more experience specially to those who are in reflux phase. My baby was 24*7 on hoopa pillow for her few months. We asked our docter as well.He said it's perfect.
